Subnet tokens (alpha) and TAO are volatile digital assets. Prices can move sharply and without warning, liquidity can be thin, and you can lose some or all of the value you put at risk. Heat scores and other metrics shown in Cipher are heuristic composites of momentum, volume, liquidity, and sentiment data — they describe a pattern in historical data, not a forecast. Any published track record reflects past results only and does not predict future performance.
Transactions on Bittensor are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Network bugs, validator behavior, consensus changes, or subnet-specific mechanics outside Cipher's control can affect the value or availability of your stake. Cipher has no ability to reverse, cancel, or recover a broadcast transaction.
Because Cipher never holds your keys, you are solely responsible for your own wallet's security — backing up your seed phrase, protecting your device, and verifying you are interacting with the genuine Cipher domain before signing anything. Cipher cannot recover a lost seed phrase, reverse a signed transaction, or restore funds sent to the wrong address. Be especially wary of phishing sites or messages impersonating Cipher and asking you to sign something or enter your seed phrase — we will never ask for your seed phrase.
Scores, prices, and charts depend on third-party data sources and public RPC endpoints that can lag, go offline, or report incorrect values. Do not treat a Cipher figure as your sole source of truth for a time-sensitive decision — cross-check against the chain or another source before acting on anything material.
Nothing in Cipher is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Consult a qualified professional about your own situation before making any financial decision.
