Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

In plain terms: Cipher is a data and software product. We show you on-chain information and, for Automate-tier accounts, help you prepare transactions that your own wallet signs. We never hold your funds, your private keys, or an account balance we owe you. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice.

1. What Cipher is

Cipher ("Cipher," "we," "us") is a Bittensor subnet screener and data terminal operated as part of Autonomous Anonymous. We aggregate public on-chain and market data, compute heuristic scores and indicators, and display them. For Automate-tier subscribers, Cipher additionally prepares unsigned blockchain transactions that the subscriber's own wallet must sign before anything is broadcast to the network.

2. Non-custodial, by design and in fact

3. No investment, financial, or trading advice

Heat scores, momentum indicators, "hot/warm/cold" classifications, and any other metric shown in Cipher are heuristic composites derived from public data. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a solicitation of any kind. Past performance of any subnet, strategy, or published track record is not indicative of future results. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose some or all of the value of any position. Do your own research.

4. The Automate tier specifically

The Automate tier prepares staking/unstaking transactions against a heuristic strategy for accounts that opt in. You are solely responsible for reviewing and choosing to sign any transaction presented to you. Cipher does not guarantee any outcome, return, or result from using the Automate tier, and is not acting as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, money transmitter, or custodian in providing it. Where execution is offered against a live network, Cipher will disclose this plainly in-product before it is enabled for your account; execution capability may be limited to a test network at any time at our sole discretion.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor (Whop). Your payment relationship (card details, billing cycle, refunds per that processor's terms) is with the processor, not with Cipher directly. We do not store your card details.

6. Data accuracy

We source on-chain and market data from public RPC endpoints and third-party data providers and compute derived metrics ourselves. We make reasonable efforts to keep this accurate and current but make no warranty that any figure, score, or chart is error-free, complete, or timely. Report discrepancies and we will investigate; we do not guarantee correction before you act on a figure.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

Cipher is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cipher and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading/investment losses arising from use of the service, including losses from a transaction you chose to sign.

8. Eligibility and prohibited use

You must be legally permitted to use blockchain-based financial tools in your jurisdiction. You may not use Cipher to violate applicable law, to circumvent sanctions, or for any unauthorized access or security testing of our systems without prior written permission.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your own jurisdiction.
